CUSTOMER CONTENT

As a user of Packaging Ship, you are responsible for any content you upload, submit, or transmit through our website. You agree that the content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You also warrant that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Packaging Ship has the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

You grant Packaging Ship the right to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from any content you submit, including the use of logos, designs, and images on custom packaging. This is done to facilitate the printing and production of your custom products.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT

All orders placed through Packaging Ship are subject to acceptance. By submitting an order, you agree to pay for the total amount, including shipping charges and taxes. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate.

Packaging Ship reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our discretion. If your order is canceled, you will be notified promptly, and any payments will be refunded as per our refund policy.

DESIGN AND ARTWORK APPROVAL

Once you place an order, you will receive a digital proof of the design for approval. Packaging Ship is not responsible for errors in the final product caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unapproved artwork. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the digital proof thoroughly, ensuring all details such as spelling, layout, and design are correct before approval.

For custom orders, Packaging Ship is not liable for issues such as:

  • Incorrect font usage or graphic placement
  • Spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors
  • Incorrect die cuts, slits, or folds
  • Inaccurate product size

Once you approve the final proof, production will begin immediately, and any changes after approval may incur additional costs.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

All custom packaging orders are produced after final artwork approval. Production timelines vary depending on order complexity, quantity, and style. Standard production times are typically as follows:

  • Cardboard Packaging: 3 to 5 working days
  • Rigid Box Packaging: 7 to 10 working days

Shipping Options include Express, Standard, and Economy options. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen, and customers will receive tracking details once their order ships.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, you may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, Packaging Ship cannot accept cancellations.

  • If you cancel before production starts, we will refund the full amount minus any cancellation charges.
  • If the order has entered production, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

Returns are only accepted in cases of defective products or errors made by Packaging Ship. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of delivery. Any defective items must be returned to us at the customer’s expense before a reprint or replacement can be processed.

QUALITY CONTROL AND REPRINTS

If your order is defective or does not meet the approved specifications, Packaging Ship offers a free reprint or replacement. To qualify for a reprint, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • All reprints are subject to approval by our Quality Control team.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the final proof is accurate before production begins.
  • Reprints are provided at no cost if the issue is due to our error (e.g., incorrect printing, size, or materials).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will Packaging Ship be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Packaging Ship harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our website, services, or products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Packaging Ship owns or has the right to use all intellectual property on the website, including trademarks, logos, and designs. You may not use any of these without express written consent. By submitting content for printing, you confirm that you have the right to use all materials and that they do not infringe on the rights of others.
